WHAT IS CELLULAR CONCRETE?

Aerated concrete is a lightweight, porous building material, consisting of sand, lime, water and a small addition of aluminum powder. For years, it is the most widely used material wall in Poland.

1. ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Due to the porous structure of the ACO to achieve a high thermal efficiency of the building, which means that those buildings are warm in winter and cool in summer. Reducing heating and cooling reduces carbon dioxide emissions and reduces the rate of climate change.

2. FIRE RESISTANCE
AAC provides the highest protection against fire and meets the most stringent fire safety requirements. Due to its composition is classified as non-combustible building material.

3. EFFICIENCY BUILDING
AAC provides high efficiency in the use of raw materials - from 1 m3 of raw materials produced from 3.3 to 5 m3 of concrete mobile. Low weight cellular concrete blocks enables efficient and to reduce the emission of CO2 transport and their dimensions allow for a quick build.

4. EASY TO WORK WITH AND BUILD
The exact dimensions of AAC blocks allow for easy erection of walls and the material from which it is made allows for easy processing and the ability to shape object.

5. ECOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT
Aerated concrete has no harmful effect on the environment. It can be re-used in the process of production and are subjected to completely recycled.

WHAT IS PREFABRICATION CONCRETE?

Prefabrication of concrete are products made in the factory which are then, together with other elements, are part of a larger structure. It covers a wide range of assortments mass produced, from small to large blocks and prestressed elements in the ending.
